How it works

Book your appointment
Book your initial consultation at a time that suits you. You'll be asked to provide some information about your medical history and what you're looking for before your appointment.

Call with our nurse
Speak with a member of our nursing team to discuss your needs, answer any initial questions and help prepare you for your doctor consultation.

Initial consultation
Meet with an AHPRA-registered doctor for a comprehensive consultation, either in clinic or via secure telehealth. Your doctor will take the time to understand your health history, current care and individual needs.

Individualised care plan
Where clinically appropriate, your doctor will develop a personalised, evidence-based care plan tailored to your circumstances. With your consent, we can also collaborate with your GP or existing healthcare providers to support continuity of care.

Ongoing care and support
Your care continues beyond your first appointment. Regular clinical reviews, nurse-led follow-ups and pharmacist support where appropriate help monitor your progress and ensure your care plan continues to meet your needs.

Medications dispensed and delivered
Dispense your medications through our onsite pharmacy or have them conveniently delivered directly to your doorstep, Australia-wide.
